Arospeed Cold Front Air Intake

Was wondering if any one has heard of this intake, and/or have any experience in installing one. I saw this item on Ebay being sold for a Acura CL...the pictures and install looked really cool, though it was originally designed for a 94-97 Accord. The person selling the item mentioned it fit with no major problems and looks and sounds great. Check out the attached pictures/link and let me know what you guys think......Thanks!

it doesn't look too shabby for an intake, just for the fact that at a glance it looks like a Front-mount intercooler. I wouldn't buy it just because it's so exposed to everything. I don't know anybody that has one or the performance gain you get from it....i'd say that the selling point is that it looks like an intercooler. I'd say to just get an AEM CAI...that will help yer HP enough.

Those intakes actually give you less HP simply because the air has further to travel. Plus driving in the rain will fuck it up. I think they have plexiglas covers for them but then you don't get the benefit of the intake. I think they're pointless. Just get a normal cai or a short ram.

I think you have to take the front bumper off to put it on too.

There is a plexi glass cover over it, so that defeats the purpose of the intake. They say that it can be removed for racing, but who the hell wants to get out and take it off everytime you want to race. Its more for looks than anything else. Very ricey if you ask me.
