Anyone have thier stock springs/shocks for a 3.0?
Looking to get my hands on 3.0 OEM springs/shocks. Preferably assembled. Going to trade the car in, so bringing it back to stock. As soon as I can get my hands on the springs/shocks, I will sell the air ride, wheels, and intake.
If you have the stock stuff, and want the air ride, we can work something out too.

i still have mine. if all others fall threw, let me know.
i also still have the stock air box. let me know if you want it too. it's just taking up space in my apt and i think i'll keep the car for a long long time. so by the time i want to sell it, the price between modded and stock will be about the same. so i'm not going to turn in back to stock

Ok, looking for 1800 OBO with the swap. I have a shop here that can do it, but it's not a day job. Whoever ends up buying it, and decides to have it down here and not have me ship it to them, can stay at my place. If not, I will ship anywhere in the US.
The wheels are 400.00. You will need tires.

I am also open to just getting someones old shocks/springs so I can just pull it all out. I can then sell it and ship it.
BTW, here is what you get:
* 2 Viair 450 compressors
* 8 1/2" Gold valves
* 4 1/2" to 1/4" slow down inserts
* 4 air cylinders (4" for front, 3" for rear. These are diameter for weight support, not length)
* 2 Three Gallon chrome tanks
* Custom billet switch box (I will label it for you)
* 1997-1999 Acura CL cylinder upper mounting plates and cushions
* 1997-1999 Acura CL cylinder lower mounting arms
* Two water traps
* Assorted fittings
* Fuse holders w/fuses
What you will need to DIY:
* Some 1/2" DOT air lines (under my car is hard lined, and can't really ship or reuse that. It's best to just use fresh hose)
* 14-16 gauge wire, long enough to go from the control box to the valves, assorted colors (to not confuse 8 seperate electric valves)
* 12 gauge power/ground to feed the compressors
If you are capable of removing and installing springs/shocks, wiring simple automotive electrical, and mounting items in your vehicle, you can do this yourself. I would even be willing to write up how to do it and take some photos to explain some of the details. It's pretty easy to install the cylinders, mount the tanks, compressors, and valves (heck you can even do that on a piece of carpeted MDF, and slide it in the trunk), just running your hoses and wiring takes some finesse and time, and troubleshooting any inital leaks (slip fittings sometimes leak if not seated well)
One would normally think to jsut remove it from one vehicle and stick it in the next. It's not that easy. There is a lot to air ride, and reinstalling it from scratch is the best to give you a clean install, and not trying to just plug and play.

Other than showing the ad here, I never really pursued selling it. I found some one willing to buy the car, stock. So after the wheels, air ride, stereo , and car are sold, not counting the other little things here and there like remote start (which I am keeping), I am still totaling 16,500.00. So unless you have springs/shocks.... :stfu:
