Does anyone have INFINITY PERFECT 6.1 on there CL?
i have 98 2.3 CL and i am thinking to put those perfect 6.1 speakers as my front speakers....and i hear lil rumors about small fitment issues that needs to be done...does anyone have this on there CL and can u tell me wutz the fitment issue is about and how to make those speaker fit in to my front speaker?

i dont know the depth of those speakers, but i got mb quart q's and they didn't fit. They are one of the smalled 6.5 inch speakers out there, i think like 2.5 inches is there depth..(could be wrong) but any ways, we just made little wooden basket that came out a bit, so the speaker wouldn't be to deep, and the door still cleared it fine. If u do this get a tube of silicon to fill up the cracks where u might get a leak. Good luck, Chris

i tried to put them in, they DO NOT fit.. I tried alot of different ways... sux... get the focal 165 k's... i know they dont make them anymore, they replaced them with the k2's.. but they fit in there and are alot better then the infinity's... focal is one of the best! good luck choosing..

i have these speakers sitting in my living room right now, will probably install them after finals are over
