Anyone that has done the 9005 lowbeam conversion
I had a ? regaurding the people that have done the 9005 lowbeam conversion. Did any of you experience melted wires or harnesses from the high heat output after completing this conversion? And what watt bulb is ideal for this conversion? Thanks for your time.

It's only 10 watts more than the 9005 bulb. Besides that it's the same wire, same connector, same headlight. Nothing is going to burn - otherwise your current high beams would have burnt up already.
