Just wondering about the current situation dealing with the clear lenses. Has anyone who ordered clear lenses heard from the companies yet?

I want to buy a set from the cheap yahoo store website (procarparts), but I don't know if they are available. Anyone know???

I bought mine from procarparts. They told me today that they were currently out of stock.....oh, and are very sorry for the inconvenience!!! but for that price , I'll wait. Kinda pissed though, couse a local store in my town I saw today has the integra lenses on sale for $12.99.... Damn it!!! Oh well.:wackit:

I just bought mine today from Matrixracing.com - They were $59 but they will be here Friday compared to the 2 weeks I have been waiting from autodynamic.com and they won't have them for another 2-3 weeks, and last time I called ProCarParts.com they said atleast a month - So I paid more for convenience

they're now in stock. i picked up mine from autodynamic.com (fresh from the container) for $44.95 a pair. procarparts.com still said it will probably be around 3-4 weeks.

I just bought mine from the yahoo procarparts site for $ 30.95. I had checked earlier today and they were out of stock when I ordered something else. A few hours later I go back on the site and they are in stock.

ok when u put these in what kind of bulbs do you need to make them legal?

Technically, I don't think you can make the clear lenses legal since what makes them illegal is the lack of the reflector that is built in on the oem bumper lens. But what you can probably do is use amber parking light bulbs (168 for our models) since they constantly stay on, and hope to "fool" any authorities from noticing the lack of reflector. As for the turning light itself, I'll probably be using the PIAA Xtreme Whites (7440 bulbs for both sides). I think that should be ok..if not I also have a pair of amber 7440 bulbs that I ordered with my clears.

Hope this helps out...if I am mistaken please correct me

I thought that they were legal I dont think companies would be allowed to make illegal lights and put them on a shelf for everyone to see?

hey these companies make anything illegal they want because on most things you buy for a vehicle it says for SHOW USE ONLY that is all they have to say if you get a ticket for it thats on you but i dont think that the clear bumper lenses are illegal just put some orange bulbs in you should be fine.
