any experience w/ these?

Anyone have these, they worth it? if not, what do u think the best bang4buck is on foglights? i like the piaa http://www.piaa.com/Lamps/Lamp-pages/1400.html but think they are too xpensive...suggestions?

Fog lights are not really my style, but I would go with the piaa's, a good quality product.

I seriously doubt those are real HID fogs. they wouldn't be 40 bucks if they were good ones.

for 40 bucks I would take a gamble on some normal fogs, they have a nice shape to them.

There's no real HID nothing for 40 bucks.

I have lights similar to these on my '98... they are Pilot units with wireless remote on/off. I like this shape mounted in lower grille, however - I would never again buy any type of light in which you have to dismantle the housing to change the bulb. A real pain in the a- - !

i'm sure the white light just simulates hid or else thats just used for marketing/search purposes...basically what i want to know is if these miig brand are pieces of shit or are bright/white enough to be worth the 40 bucks...btw some real insightful posts goin on here
