Any 3.0's have MSD ignition or coil?

Did a search, and just found a bunch of stuff on 2.x ignition mods. So does anybody here with a 3.0 have an MSD ignition on their CL? I'm thinking about looking into that once I get all my other shit installed. Also willp99(or anybody else with experience), you think this would be worth it or a waste of money without FI/nitrous?

i think, IMHO, that if you could find one to work, that the gains would be next to nil, probably not worth it,,,,i tried looking for one for my 3.0, but no beans....i've had an msd on my lude when i turbo'd it, and the difference wasnt signifacant....but it was damn reliable

dude, stick with oem, IMO; too many people have had problems with them popping off their spark plugs....

Different wires are fine, as long as they line up to your plugs, I have aftermarket plugs and wires, and my car runs cleaner than oem.

The only way you are gonna see ANY gains from aftermarket wires is if you upgrade your ignition. yeah they may be bigger wires but the stock ignition controller is still only gonna send the same amount of spark through them
