heres my friend's 97 lex sc400. I fit an audi a6 projector w/ philips d2s 4100k and bmw ballast. only did one side so far. still have to address a small glare problem off the bottom of the housing and aim them down more.

i got bout 4 ppl interested so it should work out. one lives about 1 hr away.

yeah. i just need to sell my setup first, get some1s oem lights, order new headlamps for me and redo my setup. and i need to stock up on some more projectors. im down to only 1 pair and 3 odds. i got like 8 pairs of ballasts though.

bixenons have that motor so u wire into your high beam switch. it drops the plate inside the projector so a blinding amount of light shines out. this allows for high and low xenon setup in one projector. not to mention u can now flash ur lights like strobes cuz the cut off plate moves so fast.

Nice Retro fit mike Hope the Bi-Xenons work out for you, i was kinda iffy about working with them. I am sure that you will make them work

 

how much $$?

 

all my ballasts are oem so it has only a d2s connections. u cant change that. unless u fit d2s bulbs into ur housings which i dont reccomend. it will take long time to position correctly to get the light pattern to focus right

 

depends. im trying to keep an extra set of headlamps around so i can complete them b4 i sell them. then if u give me ur oem lamps and $$$$ i can continue to complete headlamps prior to them being sold. this keeps me on my timetable with no deadlines. if u just want to me to modify urs and send them back i need at least 1-2 weeks to do them and i will charge you more. it will be a quality job. you will be able to aim them with ur oem adjs, easy access to change the bulb (if ever needed), oem look from outside. you also have many other options. if u want ur housings painted, angel eyes possibly ( i have no oem, but i can get aftermarket), bi xenons, etc.

to just install a set of standard xenon projectors into your oem housings $400 or $300 + your oem housings

$600 or $500 + your oem housings

the above w/ bulbs
$650 or $550 + ur oem housings

anyone can cut a larger hole into the housing, if thats all you want ill do it for less. if u want it done right those r the prices for now. parts alone go for $500 easy on ebay $400 if ur lucky

it maybe be 100-200 more than a kit, but it is far superior not to mention no trouble w/ the law

im also looking into led tail light conversions like the new caddys and the amazing sl500 amg

 

alright... I might be having to buy some konis first... so will you still have this offer in a couple months?

 

oh... and the "with bulb price".. that would be everything I need for the HID conversion, right? hate to sound stupid... but gotta make sure :p
