i;m trying to do that!! just wanted to know how many pounds solenoids i would need, do i need like a 35lb or stronger?

i would say stronger, our doors are VERY VERY heavy

I would suggest as stong as possible - especially if you are in an area where there is a chance of your doors freezing shut...

I have a friend that works for Car Toys and when he installed his components into his 98 CL he took the doors off to work on them and he guessed they weighed in at about 75lbs each.
