So After many months with no car, I'm almost there. At the moment, i have to get my own insurance policy, so im looking at quotes, changing the registration to my name and other crap like that. So finally today, I got my insurance policy adjusted. I'm now the primary driver, with one way coverage at $67CDN/ month. Sweet deal considering as a secondary with 2 way I was 120/month. Can't wait to drive 2morro

I couldnt give you a definite answer. In terms of driving off right way, its unlikely since your battery discharges after a few weeks. Mine refused to start just an horu ago. Changing the oil is a good idea before parking it or driving it the first day. As for body damage, we get so much salt on the roads that i'd rather have it sit the winter than drive it. NY is prolly warm already, i wouldnt worry

THe h22 is doing really well, i got all the kinks worked out so far.. im not used to revving up to 7400 it feels so wierd..

 

So on a rainy Ottawa day, i got the car going 2day. Battery was dead, so I called CAA, they got to my house within 45 mins, jumped my battery. Immediately took it for a spin around the hood, and it felt so weird..but im glad to be behind the wheel again
