OMG! You said you wanted something louder than the current set-up? My car's chirp is really loud, it's kinda embarassing at times. I had wanted to make it less noticeable but I don't want to put it in silent mode either. Does anyone else find the "chirp" loud or quiet? I'd like to know. Thanks.

That's really weird b/c mine was really loud. Sometimes it was too loud if I was facing a wall or in a garage. Now my TL is really low... that thing has a tiny little beep when you arm it, but when it goes off.... damn it's real loud.....

I love the sound of the little chirp when i unlock my doors. t's also fun to hit the panic button when someone is looking at my wheels....

I think it is just loud enough. If it were quieter, what would the point be? It's supposed to alert others that your car is armed... even though we don't have motion sensors...

it not that the stock sound isn't loud enough, it was, but now you seriously can't hear it at all from 10 ft away, absouluty nothing. i set my panic button off last night from the end of my drive way (about 20 ft from my car) i only saw the lights flashing. It used to be much louder, every once in a while its normal sounding, but for the past few weeks its been almost silent. i checked the connections and they seem to be ok. i want to try to replace the siren and see it that works.

I find the chirp to be on the loud end of just right. Much louder and I wouldn't like it (nor would my neighbors, I'm sure).

Yeah, my neighbors find it real nice... so I always 'accidentially' hit the panic button... BTW- anyone know where the siren is?? I cant seem to find that damn thing, although I havent looked all that hard yet either.

Its behind the front bumper on the drivers side. If you take out the turnsignal assembly you can see it back there. You have to take the whole bumper off to get to it though. I think my problem might be my battery, gonna go get it tested; if you look inside the windows on top of the battery the little green indicator is veeeerry faint, think that might mean somethin,
