So I bought a used 2.2 cl in December with a whopping 27k miles on it. The car is in great shape. I slapped on some new tires, and I am gonna put in an AEM CAI and a tornado next month. I have had no probs with it so far (now at 35k miles!) but Sunday I was driving and turned on the AC (wow it was hot in San Francisco!!) to 68. The air was warm, and a strange sound came out of the passenger front vent. I turned the AC to 78, and the heater worked fine. I tried the AC again last night for about 10 minutes, and it was still warm, and the sound still persisted - it sounded like someone breathing continuously through their throat with their mouth open (like the second half of darth vader's breath sound). The weirdest part though, was that this sound continued for a few seconds after I shut off the ignition.
I am wondering if my AC motor went out. Any recommendations?
