Before I bid, I want to check with the First Gen Gods,this Short Ram will fit. It says TL and CL, but I wanted to check with you guys first. The AEM short ram for the Accord V6 fits the CL 97 3.0. Thanks, (sorry for the newbie question, I should know better by now)

It will fit, but I recommend getting the CAI vs a Short Ram.

Hmmmm....just had a light bulb go on in my head.

What if they made a hybrid CAI/Short Ram. Picture it.......a short ram, but there is also a CAI tube coming out of the mid section of the short ram. "Y" shape main tube.

You can now have the cool Short Ram look with the performance of a CAI. They can even put in a flip-valve for induction options vs. having the by-pass valve.

They can also make it out of carbon fiber to compensate for the extra tube. That would be sweet looking, period! CF CAI....how come no one has made that yet??!!

I believe Injen makes a CAI/Short Ram intake but I don't know the name of it or the part number.

It sounds better than any other intake I've heard but I'm not sure of it's performance.

 

Mine will convert in under 5 minutes (2 piece).

 

yeah mine converts too. I'm about to convert it to short ram now, cause it's raining so hard. Bought an aem bypass off ebay but it was for 2 1/2" piping. Way too small. Damn, atleast it was only$10
