Adjustable Coilovers!!!

Hey guys i just put 18" rims on my 2.2 CL with 225/40/zr18 tires BUT the car looks like it is too high and i Saw some adjustable coilovers on Ebay for sale only 135$ but i want to know if it will be a perfect fit? will it interfere with the strut TOWER? The coilovers are Manufactured by Matrix. Does anybody use them? Are there any recomendations for adjustable Coilovers?

Hey wuz up man welcome to the board. I really dont recommend coilovers for the CL just for the fact that the CL wieghs so much and they dont intend to work good and the ride is bouncy as hell so i would recommend some H&R springs or some Eibach's with some nice adjustable shocks prefebly Koni's!!!Hope that helps.

I have the same rim/tire size combo as you, and i totally recommend the Neuspeed Sport Springs. Its the perfect drop; i'll get some pics for you later on today. I love em' and definitly recommend it. $125 for springs + cost of install wasn't that bad either! :-)

I have arospeed coilovers on my car and still no problems after 8 months. I you really want to drop your car low than coilovers are the way to go. I have my dropped over 2 inches and theres still so much more room left on the sleeve to drop. You can drop your car like 4 inches if you wanted but i think it would be ojn the floor by then. Check out the arospeed coilovers if you get a chance they make some just for the CL, not like other coilovers and springs that you have to get Accord stuff.

Hey man, I have Eibach Ground Control coilovers and they are really good but expensive. I've never heard of that brand name but I learned that the brand name doesn't matter because usually they are made by the same factory and everything its the same except that the brand name changes. If they are for the accord they should work on your car because mine it's sold for the cl and the accord. I really recommend coilovers. I don't like the idea of having springs and not being able to raise it or drop it if you want to.
