the lady in front of me put on her brakes...i did too but i still hit her...my front end went down...her back bumper took my hood up...then the guy behind me got hit by a lady who hit the guy into my back bumper

gonna need fender work on both sides...new front bumper...new hood...don't know bout the inside of the hood yet...and the back bumper is gonna need to be repainted and put back on...

i'll post pics tomorrow when i get a chance to use my friends digi cam...

Sounds like my first accident when I had a Nissan Altima.... Sorry to here man.

 

heh i hit a nissan altima...

 

then a suburban hit me...then a jaguar hit the suburban..

 

In my first accident, it involved 4 cars including mine. I rear ended a newer dodge dakota sport, then a Grand AM hit me and then another Altima smashed the back of the Grand AM and slapped him into me again. My car had the least damage out of all of them! I still miss my 94 Nissan Altima....

 

hey man, sorry to hear about the accident. Look at the bright side though......while your car is in the autobody shop being painted, you can have them shave your door molding and paint your skirts (if you have a 97). I am sure if you ask them to do it, and you are somewhat friendly with them, they will get insurance to pay for it. Just make sure you tell them before the adjuster comes.

 

yea man i'm thinkin of the things i can do to my car now...i might buy the CF hood..gonna look into that...and i dont' think i can shave my side moldings cuz i don't have any damage on the sides...the only damage is in the front....o and since i have easy access to my headlights now i'm gonna do the black headlight housing...no need to take off my bumper to get to them now ...

 

crap man..sorry to hear that...im tryin to get someone to hit me in the front and then someone elce hit me in the back...i want a new bumpers (they are scratched) and i want a CF hood. The hguys i go to when i get my car worked on would let me pick whatever parts i wanted them to put on the car too...im just hopin i find an accident where im in the middle of it and its not my fault...... lol

I feel your pain i was in a wreck the week before Thanksgiving I had to have both my headlights, bumper, and hood latch replaced. The hood was bent out and the radiator was pulled back out. I couldn't get any extra work done because my insurance company made me go to a certain shop to get an adjustment before i went to my body shop. I wish you luck.

 

soo...say you get in a wreck....how many of you go though insurance?? I mean say someone hit you, would you go through their insurance or ask them to write u a personal check for the $ ??

i got smushed too - rear-ended at 35-40mph It was in August but i got creamed by someone on my way to work. Sucked - i wish i had pics of it - no digi at the time I got a nice ass now though!! I still gotta learn how to attach pics!!
