??? about AEM v2 intake
hey wusup guys, ive done some searching but didnt find the answer so i guess i have no choice but to ask yall. i got a 99 2.3 cl and ive been hearing that us clers should get parts from 94-97 accords, however the 98+ accords are the ones that has the 2.3 engines. so im just wondering if the 94-97accord intake (part #24-6008) fits my 2.3 or the 98+ accord intake (part #24-6015)?

I have not purchased my AEM V2 yet, but the CAI that I have is from a 94-97 Accord EX, and it fits like a Glove. Just make sure you do not get the intake for a V6 Accord.

When I had my F23 motor in the CL, and I bought the 97 ACCORDs DC Sports Header, it bolted right up to the block, however... I had got a bigger pipe because it did not match up to the stock exhaust...(plus I wanted bigger piping). You definately could take it to a muffler shop, and theycould extend or reduce your stock piping a bit...and you would be good to go. OR.......you could get the header, bolt it on..and replace the rest of your exhaust with 2.5 inch piping all da way out!! Pretty inexpensive, (beside the $300 for the header.)
