99 2.3 CL - What first?
I'm wondering what to do first. Probably something small. New headlights? Front lip? Got new tires for stock rims, so it's not a good time to do different tires and rims.
I've got a K&N air filter.
Could do the NGK Iridium plugs with colored wires.

Timing belt and water pump... DONE!
Regular maintenance... DONE!
Detail... DONE!
K&N Air Filter... DONE!
Today, I added blue day running lights for $4.00 and put in a new bright bulb on the driver's side. Funny thing is the bulb on the driver's side was missing... and I've never taken it out!!??
Did some research on dropping it. Need advice on this cause I don't know where to start. I've looked at $700 kits and also been advised it can be done for as little as $300. How would dropping it look or work with my new tires and stock rims? Would that work until next summer when I can buy new wheels and tires?
I need to remove the header heat guard which is ugly in hopes of someday getting chrome headers and new Magnaflow exhaust.

there are some coilovers that are around 700 bucks. id say the shocks would be in the 300 range more than the springs. Dropping the car will increase handling, but lowering the car can also add more camber depending how low you go. which would lessen the lifespan of your tires. as for looks you can find that on the photography sections.

You can do it for less, but especially with having stock rims/tires and potential to change rim and tire sizes later, you're really better off getting an adjustable height coilover so you can adapt as needed

sure, have a different color side mirror, cf hood that doesn't really want to hold, bouncy springs, and get side swiped in the back. then it will look like mine.
all in all. i only have Tein S-techs on stock stocks.( our shocks aren't really ment for any aftermarket springs so at one point you will have to replace it.) i think my car goes another 2 inches when im sitting in it since 3 of the shocks are blown.

So lowering changes the camber and makes the tire wear on the inside? That would make sense. I don't want to run on the insides of my tires.
What is considered barely lowering? 1 inch?
What is medium lowering? 2 inches?
What is heavy lowering? 2.5 or more inches?

Okay...
I want these:

I don't know much about any of this right now, but these sound like the top of the line.
But I've got to save up.

angling your car so you don't bottom out on a speed bump.
I think you should go with Tein's, some people don't like it, but its the closest setup that you can get an OEM feeling. The Tein Basics are cheaper, but the people who do go with tein's go with SS's
K-sports, i heard were a harsh ride(meaning stiff) and looking at your age i don't think you want back pain added.
