i m not sure what ground effects mean. but if u are talking bout bodykits then u wont find any. the only way to get one is to have a custom kit modified to fit your car. do a search for more info on this

WELCOME to the board.... Nope, no groud effects for a CL.... I would recommend getting some rims & a drop... you can get a front lip from west wings... and if you are persistent on getting side skirts, you can get some for an accord, and they should fit with some slight modification...
