98-02 vs 95-97 Accord Rear Lip

I have the opportunity to obtain a 98-02 Wings West Rear Lip for an Accord.

the question is should I or should I not buy it for 100$ ?

I really want to have the look of VXCLs shit and Nippons shit.

BTW i can also get the front section Xenon kit (lip) for an Accord also, I think its the

94-97 version though for 100. If anyone wants it I can get it for them and ship

it to them.

do I buy this 98-02 rear lip? I plan on modifying/molding the rear section either way.

its going to cost you a lot of money. $100 isnt that great of a deal. I picked up my rear lip fro $100 and came across another one for the same price

when i measured the 01 accord sedan .. it was a lot bigger than our rear..... how does the xenon back lip look like with the 94-97 accord? but regardless its going to need custom work

wings west rear and xenon front.

the wings west one can probably fit though,

it just needs to be cut shorter than the 95-97

version. this seems correct right?

no1 has any interest to get the xenon front, correct?

front needs much more modifications than rear.. and it might be not even lined up..

94-97 fronts are definately shorter than CL..like 1~1.5in (i tried w/ accord 97 ww front..didn't fit and line up AT ALL)

i said in other thread, if u have $$, then go ahead.. u don't have to ask people about it..

if u like that front and have $$, go for it..

and u said that u can get $100 for the 98-02 front lip..right? then you might end up paying like $6~700 for customizing those..

but if u have 94-97 and pay $2~300, u still won't be paying more than what you have to pay for 98-02 modification.

Meet you at midnight in Queens? Let me guess...was it in a dark alley too? He was probably gonna beat you with the lip and take your wallet.

I've seen other lips on ebay that were cheap. S&H was high though.

what is this ?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=36475

This auction is for a BRAND NEW rear bumper lip. These lips are made of the highest quality ABS plastic material. They feature a 100% Perfect Fitment to your factory bumper. The ABS material is very flexible & strong which will leave your car scratchless for a very clean look.

All nuts/bolts/screws will be included for an easy do it yourself install. We recommend using clear silicone rubber glue along with the hardware for a perfect fit.

I just want the rear piece alone!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

something about this Xenon rear piece I like, I can't get it alone though.

I'd have to purchase the full kit - same as the wings west accord.

yea it could look nice... you'd be the first to have a xenon rear lip on a CL..
but its going to cost A LOT for custom work...the exhaust hole is in the wrong place as well.. and isnt wide enough.. i got quoted at like 5 stores telling me it would cost 500 canadian to patch up that exhaust piece and create another exhaust hole just for the stock exhaust and painted of course. gunna bring it in the shop this week..

VXCL, You dismanteled your car. It was an inspiration to us all... I though I remembered reading that you were selling, or getting something else... A sad day for the CL community to see your car dismantled.

minus the msd igntion, wires, coil and the rims. since she paid 10k for it there was no point to take the time to part her out. (i didn't really want to anyways ) I hope it's still in once piece. I only saw it once after I sold it and it was in the middle of times square
