Just recently bought a 97 CL and tried out the BOSE for the first time. I currently drive a 96 Audi A4 with BOSE and I was shocked at how much better my Audi bose sounds than the Acura. The audi bose is louder, the bass is a lot deeper and fuller and the trebles are a lot cleaner and more defined. I was looking for the amp in the acura but i couldn't find it anywhere. There is an amp mounted in the trunk of the audi and I assumed the acura would have the same thing. If there is an amp somewhere, is there anything I can do to it to make it sound better? What are my options, if any to improve the sound in the Acura?

 

the amp is in the truck by the jack. pull out the carpet and you'll see it

 

no high no lows most be bose. I think acura put an emphasize on this when designing the bose for this car

 

you can't polish a terd man. Ditch the bose if you want better sound.
