'97 CL 2.2 Questions
i just bought a cl 2.2 and i'm wondering a few things.. firstly, can i tuck a 19" rim without it rubbing after a 2" drop? (i hope so) and will that front air dam from wingswest fit after a drop? or is it going to get eaten alive.. i'm also looking into a cool air intake.. what will fit? iceman? exhaust too.. what'll fit in that dept.. also i can't find clear tail lights for the life of me

I am not too sure if you could do that. Another member, clpower, just dropped his CL using eibach sportlines on 18" wheels and he says he rubs on hard corners...I would imagine that 19's would rub.

You should be able to get 19's but probably with 35 series tires. I have 18's with over 2" drop and don't rub at all. My 18's have a 45mm offset.

u will never see clear tails for a cl. 1st gen. u will have to go all custom on that. i personally dont like that look. i have seen ppl put black window tint over the tails over their cls and black them out as oposed to clearing them out

thx fellas, cars almost done, after the konigs and intake/exhaust i'll snap off a few meg of pics of it, the screens a Sony 16x9 aspect 7" dash mount LCD screen.. hooked with a PS2
