Well i'm wondering if it's even possible folks.... cause i'm looking to really modify my 97 cl... to date i've located an intake, headers, and racing exhaust that can be bolted on, and i've discussed a possible supercharger kit with a local shop owner in denver... the only thing holding me back, is the tranny. Simply put, i HATE automatics... is it even possible to convert a 98' accord 5 speed tranny on to this beast? ANY answers will be greatly appreciated.... please email any information to andrew.gantt@attbi.com , i'm not on the internet enough to maintain this forum!

it is possible to do a manual tranny switch .. there some on the board that have done it--

the new 6speed accord tranny/........mew one (2003) will work......someone is doing it right nowlook through the last couple pages of posts and youll see it. Also, theres alot of v6 accord parts that fit your 3.0.......pulleys, many brands of headers and exhuasts.........good luck

the 6 speed accord or 6 speed type S tranny should work w/ some decent hours put into it

Or you could send you AT tranny to guys at Level10 for a rebuild.
