94-97 Accord Casings

Will headlight casings from a 94-97 accord fit a 2.3 1998 cl?

I searched and didnt find anything about headlight housings/casings

Nope, CL headlights are a different shape, as are the fenders, accord casings are also longer and stick out into the fenders more, you can only use CL headlights

also, what steering wheels fit a 98 cl??

^^^ correct, but you need new airbags for those, the ones I listed above use the existing airbag

I want to do the MDX woodgrain wheel swap sooooo bad to get rid of the stupid woodgrain steering wheel cover but I have to get the airbag too cause I have a '97...

^ i have the exact same situation, also i would like to get a TL woodgrain shift knob to tie it all together(but the wood looked kinda light colored the last time i checked)

Yup, I had to get a 98 airbag for my 01 steering wheel
