is this conversion actually leagel??? yes i did it to my car and i have pissed off every body from grannys to truckers, even to my own wife. i love it. but will i get introuble for it

 

some pissed off cop is gonna git you one of these days. as long as you still have brights to flash back at people you should still be good to go.

 

i have this done to my CL and the 1st time i had it i had silverstar bulbs and they pissed everyone off because i didnt angle them i just put them in . Now i have eurolites that i copped for 23 since the silverstars blew and i wasnt paying 40 dollars for new bulbs and i angled them down towards the road by using a couple lil metal screws i had laying around and the path of light usually sits just at the trunkline of the car in front of me so it doesnt reflect in their rearview.....for bulb quality the silverstars were better, although the eurolites are still pretty damn bright...guess u get what u pay for
