TLC showed how they made that IS430 in tv show call ride.

 

Yup, did anyone else catch the show? Rod Millen is the one that did the swap. The car gained a mere 2 lbs swapping out the 3.0 for the 4.3.

 

It's also AWD.

 

I love the car, paint and all. If they produce it (looks unlikely), I'll def take a good look.

i don't like the two tone thing... but maybe if lexus will make good color combinations it may look tite.. anyways.. if this car hits the dealerships maybe next year or so.. i may take a test drive... but it seems that it may not make it to production as well... oh well... V8 on a 4 dour sports sedan... DANG!!!!!

yeah, thats the worst paint. ive seen one of these at a car convention before, they're nice as shit. I hope you get one, but im going to stick with the G35

 

I like the paint job.

 

they left the engine completely stock. even with the biggger engine the car weighed about 50lbs more and gained 100hp and lots of tq. it runs 0-60 in the 4s. it is not a production car yet, it was an idea. it is also using a 6 spd supra tranny.

 

If they ever made it a production car it would be atleast $40k my guess.

 

Ummmm....what's up with that wacky road? I seriously doubt that its slopes that much. That just looks physically and engineeringly impossible.

 

It's all about perspective man. It's a test track too.
