40mm Offset??? HELP!

guys i was about to order some wheels but they only come in a 40 mm offset. Is that going to be safe for the 2.2 Cl? thanks a ton
any help or input is much appreciated thanks!

Well, if the proper offset for the 2.2 is +42 like it is for the 3.0, then the difference is only 2mm (.08 in) which is less than the width of a raisin so I can't imagine it being a problem.
