when it totally rusts through, I'll probably replace it with stock too.

Right now I have OBX headers, stock cat, and stock midpipe, and a custome axle back pipe with 3A Racing (Air Dynamic) muffler.

Getting ready to put a racing cat (or high flow cat) and possibly a new midpipe. However, I need to have a resonator on the midpipe. My exhaust is waaaaaaaay too loud right now.

well I was just wondering becasue I am sick and tired of searching the forum for good exhaust set ups, I had my heart set on the apex'i world sport for the 96-97 accord but some people say it will fit and others say it won't.

The 96-97 is the right choice. Some say it will need to be shortened a little bit, nothing an exhaust shop won't be able to take care of for relatively cheap.

I have an apex'i N1 universal muffler that I attached to custom mandrel bent piping. The N1 has cracked at the welds and will be replaced soon w/ stock exhaust most likely

waste of time, might as well get rid of the piping. However our stock exhaust is around 2.25" so it may not be that bad.

Just do full custom mandrel bend exhaust with comptech headers and any type of muffler... which ever one looks best on your car.

If you are installing a 94-97 Accord exhaust for a 4-cylinder onto a 3.0CL, then the midpipe will need to be shortened to get it on. An exhaust shop will be able to do this no problem.
I have an RS-R Ex-Mag system(btw-nice alternative to the Apex WS) for a 94-97 Accord on mine. Its pretty quiet and a solid looking tip, it doesnt look big on the car.

don't really have a place to recommend for a muffler, really anywhere. NEver heard of powertrain dynamics. What kind of work do they do?

You can purchase OBX headers for around ~$325 shipped, they are in essence the same as comptech minus the name. However a small percent have had problems with the welds cracking in OBX, but for the most part it would be your best bet on a budget.

I have OBX headers, Greddy high flow CAT and a Ractive muffler. The pipe between the CAT and the muffler is stock at this time and includes a resinator. This looks to be a 2.25 pipe but it actually has a pipe within a pipe. The true diamiter of the pipe is 1 1/2". I will be replacing this with a 2 1/2" pipe soon.
