Could that be that HKS Accord? That's the only thing that I can think of.

 

That is the Prototype Racing Accord with Turbo (aka "HKS Turbo Accord). You can check it out at www.prototyperacing.com. Last I heard it was only a one-off project, now looks like the company may be interested in putting out a kit.

 

Do a search and you will see i posted pix of my friend's car with that exact same turbo on it. Yes he purchased the kit from HKS and installed it on his car along with a Level 10 tranny, V-AFC and some show mods too. Unfortunately the pics are not hosted anymore but I'll try and scrounge em up somewhere..

As for how much $$ the project cost it's damn close to about 10g's. Inconel downpipe, intercooler, injectors, fabrication of hardware etc etc etc

 

Damn thats alot of green! I havent seen the specs on it, but probably well worth it.

 

Low 13's, possibly high 12's on scramble boost (once the AEM Chip is installed) and the loudest blow-off valve this side of a Supra indeed is worth a lot..
