Cocoa's 3.5CRL 6sp > 3.0 CL 4sp auto > 2.x CL 4sp auto or 5sp manual. That should about cover it... 2.x will get owned by the 3.0 beasties even with the autoshizmatic transbrokeassmission.

ive been debating doin somethin big to my car: type-s swap, j35 frankenstein, even h22 (just for the bigger aftermarket availability), supercharger/bulletproof tranny (more likely). i think ill see what the gains are with the j35 frankenstein before i make my decision.. oh yea 3.0>2.x.

What I meant to say is that when the light turned green and as we went I heard him downshift right next to me. From what he told me earlier he has a 3.0 so he must of dropped it from D4 to 2.
