3.0's arent set up for it as far as the undercarage, but you can make it fit. I've seen it done before. I looks good too!

Like already stated it won't be a direct fit, because the 2001 accords are dual exhausts. The 94-97 accord cat-backs will also require a little modification but not that much. They are a better route to go if you want less worries.

i want that dual exhaust tho. all the muffler shop really have to do is cut the pipe short if needed and bend where ever it need to and make a hanger for the left side.

If your gonna go the dual exhaust route, it may be better to just get custom piping.

i had to cut out my spare tire well for duals
i got rid of it though because it made my 2.3 a turtle! (more than it already was)

ask teablurryCl, i'm pretty sure he didn't cut out the spare tire well. somehow

yeah i'm thinking of picking up 2 N1 style muffler off ebay and have it custom piping. What would i have to do to gain some HP out of the exhuast? upgrade it to 2.5in piping? aftermarket cat?

SooDark - Isn't it counterproductive to put dualies on a 4 banger? I don't remember why, but I heard from some people that they actually made 4 cyls run slower.

Headers can have the same effect. To much flow on a small displacement engine will actually keep the engine from making the torque and horsepower that it did with the stock piping. The only time you wanna open up your exhaust on a 4 is when you're forced induction. This is true on 6 cylinder engines as well. however our 3.0 VTEC is not so picky. Most PROFESSIONAL exhaust shops will steer you in the right direction. Do some homework on your local "Billy Bobs". Boy do I have some horror stories from my Civic.
