19'ssss

I have a 99 2.3 n i live in atl so u all kno wut kinda roads we have here. Im trying to figure out a suspension problem. I pretty close to installing H&R sports or eibach prokits w/ kybagx shocks. becuze i want a clean sleek look. I kno 19x8.0 or 19x7.5 rims will fit but would it require a camber kit? I hear alot of rumors bout 19's. anyone with any real advice? oh yea btw... hrsports are a lil lower than prokits after they settle rite?

You will probably need a camber kit - I didnt need one, but I got pretty lucky I guess. I am right on the edge of factory camber specs with my Neuspeed sport drop (same drop), but I am on factory shocks still. My 19s are 7.5 wide, and work fine. What rumors have you heard about 19s? The only one that I could probably think of is they bend easier, which is true - Watch the potholes!

When I had pro-kits, I was well within specs. I pro-kits with KYB's will definitely need a camber kit. Pro-kits with stock shocks will drop about 1.4-1.6. With KYB's you're looking at 1.8-2.0+.

I had H&R sports on my '98 2.3CL with KYB AGX's and I was able to get it aligned within specs without a camber kit. And yeah, it did sit a little lower than the prokits.

I live in midtown ATL, so i know exactly how bad the roads are. Thats why i own 18s

By the way, I have my H&R sports and KYB AGX for sale. They've been on my car for about a year...PM me and I'll give you a good price. Loved 'em, only reason I'm gettin rid of them is because I just ordered some Teins. You proud of me Dennis? Now I can stop haggling you

YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED A CAMBER KIT BUT YOU SHOULD ONLY HAVE TO BUY ONE FOR THE FRONT BECAUSE YOU CAN USE WASHERS FOR THE REAR

chino - if you need a place to do camber kit install or suspension install, let me know...I found a great place through importlounge forums(formerly siatlanta.com). Acuras & Hondas Specialist is what they are called, and they are only a few min south of the city. If you need their contact info, just ask
