Powerliftgate won't close with remote
I have a 2011 Acura MDX wich started to have a problem with the powerliftgate today. It does everything normal to open but it will not close automatically you have to close it manually.

Did you disconnect the battery?
The only reason the lift gate has to re-learn the closing travel is when you disconnect the battery..
Do this: Open the Lift gate manually and close it manually 2 times, It should be enough to re-learn the travel and the power lift gate should work fine now.
If it doesn´t there is a problem with the power lift gate motor unit.
