I had never used that parking brakes, i engaged it to medium ( 70%) and then in the morning when trying to release it, pressed it down to 90% as it would release by press and release mechanism. but instead it stopped at 90% then i pressed it hard and it would not move anymore

Looks like it is stuck and would not let the vehicle move. i read that sometimes pressing the gas might make it release, but in my case i hear a loud annoying sound. does anyone have a video of fixing the emergency Brake in Acura MDX 2009.

Don't have a MDX, but to release pull handle.
