Wish there was a way to aid people in their due diligence so they can avoid misleading advertising such as this. Most people looking for a TL know that the type-S model was only made in 07-08 for third gen.

I feel like the opposite would be true for the average car shopper IMO. I can't see the ad since craigslist is blocked at my work but it's a shame the seller is trying to pull this crap.

 

You're probably right. For someone that is shopping for a TL type-s, they would know right away. For someone just shopping for a TL, they would be easily fooled.
