2012 SH-AWD Advance below dealer cost?
I was pricing the new 2012 TL SH-AWD Advance and seems like the average market price is below dealer cost due to market instability. I agree that the market varies depending on the part of the country. What do the sales look like in your area?

Another forum member just bought a 2012 SH-AWD Advance recently, for $39,300, which was almost $6,700 below MSRP.

Just bought tech package only and got $7,000 off msrp. They claimed that they made a $2,500 mistake in my favor but still honored the deal. MSRP of $40,800. Bought June 30th at 9 pm! Point is, they Can do this. Good luck.

These american prices make me sick!!! lol. my 2012 TL AWD Tech 6spd Manual MSRP is $48,900 (Including Freight) I got a $1500 discount, that's it. Plus you have to add 13% taxes to that. And i talked to every single dealer within a 300km radius, and this was the best deal that could be had. They did fairly decent on the Trade for my 2010, but still. Off of MSRP i only saved $1500. Canadians get screwed left, right and center!

I can't believe the deals people are reporting, but it must be working for Acura. Judging by the number of new posters on the forum recently, and how many TL's I've counted on the road the past couple weeks sales have most certainly increased. Perhaps The Avengers is part to thank, as well as an influx of commercials. I bought my '12 SH-AWD Tech last October, and could only get them down to 39K before trade/taxes, which I was still happy with as Edmunds reported that about $1K below invoice, but seeing what people are getting now I am a bit jealous. Oh, the dealer I bought from is in Hoffman Estates, IL

Few people realize that the dealer gets special offers over the wire every week. The price they can offer you on specific vehicles in their inventory changes. Over-all, they make money on your trade in, so their incentive is to get it for the lowest price. Your better off walking out several weeks in a row until you can get the best damn "we're going to loose money on this" price they can offer. Then sell your current vehicle private party.

That's where I got my TSX from and I just put a deposit down for a 2012 TL SH-AWD 6MT Tech last week. Was quoted $37,858 from Sebastian, the Internet Sales Manager.
Excellent dealer!

I'm not a huge fan of the TL's design, but I think they've improved the grille and the overall look. I still love the rest of the car, though. And for the price some of these guys are talking about for loaded ones, I think it's a steal.

I got $4,900 off MSRP on my 2012 SH-AWD Tech. I am surprised by some of the deals seen here, so good on ya for beating the dealer down.
I was, and still am, happy with my price, given what I've seen in my area. The price, coupled with the 0.9% financing, was too good to walk away from, especially in light of the dealer giving me $500 more than Carmax for my trade.

Got my 2012 SH-AWD Advance for $37,298 (>$8600 below MSRP). I told them I would do the deal that day if they did $39k out the door and they accepted my offer.
At a different dealer about 3 months ago, my g/f got her 2012 MDX Tech/Ent for under $43k (>$6K off MSRP).

Picked up an 2012 TL SH-AWD with Tech end of June significantly under invoice in Virgina. Something like 35k+, 38k OTD with taxes, tags, all weather mats and locks. .9 Financing sealed the deal.

Now that is a sweet deal for an SH-AWD advance.

I wanted 2011 TL SH-AWD 6MT bronze, like shape better, just like I wanted. Found at local dealer for $39K out door. Sounds like paid too much with all great deals on new 2012 SH-AWD model.

Would you mind giving me the dealer information? Thanks

There must be some new mfgr to dealer incentives. I just picked up a brand new SH-AWD Tech discounted $7880 off msrp which, btw, was a better deal than I could get a month ago on a used one w/ 7-10K miles. I almost jumped on a used one and very glad now that I didn't. I guess the only reason I didn't was that the used one wasn't the right color combo. Fate can be sweet sometimes.

shki... as 2K12SHAWD said Radley is a good dealer but if you are going to use them I would also give Pohanka a shot and in the end play the two back and forth for your best deal... Logisticly they are very close.. I have purchased one from each dealer in the past and it works loke a charm....
