Wiper blades

I have a 2013 MDX tech with about 10 months of use and only one mild winter on it.
The windshield wipers remove the water very well on their way up but do a terrible job on the way down leaving a lot of streaky water. I tried cleaning them thoroughly and using Rain X but nothing works. Is it possible they need replacement? I had a Pilot for 7 years and had to replace the only once.
What brand and model are the best in cleaning and quietness?

+1 on the PIAA blades. Make sure you use the little pre-moistened pads that come with the blades. They fill in the micro fissures within the windshield, and at a microsopic level, smoothen the window so the wipers can do a better job. I had these wipers on my last car for 4 years, but I'm one of those people who for some odd reason, hate turning my wipers on full speed. The fluid on the pads included with the wipers also has a rain-x effect at cruising speeds.

Can anyone chime in on the size needed for the blades on all three wipers?
I just changed mine 2 months ago and already need to be replaced. SMH

Thanks

What PIAA model are you using? I see they have quite a few different ones.

$3 a blade at Walmart Tire & Lube - they are the house blades (in the shop). Just pull into the bay area and they'll install them. You'll easily get a year out of them and for under $10 for all 3 blades, you can't go wrong.

PIAA 94053 Silicone Windshield Wiper Blade Refill

and

PIAA 94065 Silicone Windshield Wiper Blade Refill

I just installed these on my 2010 Tech/Ent and it was pretty easy. Perfect fit.

Found a great deal online thru rockauto.com!
Here's the link: http://www.rockauto.com/lang/en/promo.html#wiper
I got the Bosch beam style for my MDX for both sides for $15 while buying it from local auto parts store would've been easily $30-40.

Sounds like a good deal. How's the performance of Bosch wipers? I want to replace mine, as well.

I just ordered 5 blades, 3 for MDX and 2 for RL, they are 4 different sizes and are OEM Acura inserts. Total cost to fix both cars for the rain coming was less than $34. I ordered from the net via an Acura dealer and spent 30 mins installing all 5.
Done for another 2 years.

The dealer refills on both my MDX and TSX suck. They last 2 months tops.

The refills I was referring to cam in a sealed plastic wrapper with Honda written on it. Is your dealer using real OEM inserts because mine last for a couple of years?

I wouldn't know because the car is where I can't see it when they do this stuff.
