Guys,

I'm having trouble finding a used working MDX DVD Nav player.

I found a working RDX DVD Nav player (39540-STK-A010-M1), and the connections in the back look identical to the MDX item (39540-STX-A410-M1).

What are the chances it will work?

The connector pin-out may not be the same.

Your best bet is to pull out the factory pin-out descriptions for each of the 2 units, and compare them to make sure they are identical.
