Nice!

Fort Lauderdale is my second home. It seems like Rick Case owns all the dealerships in South Florida. LOL

Thanks everyone! I love this vehicle and i know the wife and kids will after a little bit of time. I have enjoyed my experience at rick case. I take my TL there all the time to be washed and for service and everyone is always friendly. Sales people can be extremely pushy and often irritating at times, but not at this dealership with my experience. I will get some more pics up soon. I plan on tinting the front windows to match the rear and getting some OEM advance running boards

forgot to mention that the all season mats and cargo tray were included

Glad you did well with Rick Case. I was talking to one of the managers, we were around $1000 apart on a deal on an 09 MDX they had. He was running some numbers and was going to call me back within 30 minutes. I was going to drive down from Orlando the next day and pick it up. I am still, 10 months later, waiting on that call. I bought 2 weeks later from Phil Smith. The internet sales girl finally did call me back around 6 weeks later. I bought my TL from Pembroke Pines Acura, had great experiences with both of the dealers. Rick Case, not so much.

My mdx has over 1k miles now and still love it...I got a note from acura in the mail today...it is for all 2010-2012 mdx...there is a shudder in the transmission between 20-60mph that can cause more transmission problems down the road...it says that the computer software needs updated that will fix the problem....looks like ill be taking mine in next week...anyone else notice this or get the letter?

Heard about this on other vehicles like Odyssey's (5 speed trans), but not the MDX (6 speed trans). Anyone experience it?

I believe Acura is doing this to address torque converter failures. We have an 07 and had the software update done after replacing two torque converters.

I got the letter and I noticed it as well on my 11 Advance. I kept telling my wife the tranny didn't feel right. Anyway, I'm glad they are addressing it. I did take mine in like 2 months ago to get this fixed. Its my daily driver and the issue is fixed. We have almost 20k miles on the car at this point.

We love the MDX but our 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite is way more comfortable hands down and no transmission issues to report. Either way, we're a Honda Family and like em. GL and get your software updated. You dont' want to experience that annoying lag like I did.

Really? You like the Odyssey over the MDX? We have a Touring Odyssey and are trading it in to getting an MDX instead.

Why one over the other? Odyssey is a little larger, but the options on the MDX outweigh the Ody in my opinion. Just curious that's all.

@marjenmiller - oddyssey is larger and more comfortable, better on gas, and has a larger res screen and hdmi. I also got my ody elite for 38k and my mdx adv for just over 50k. So if I could only have one then for a guy w 2 kids the ody wins. Luckily I have both so not really An issue for me. Also, I'm into biking and neither car has a hitch or bike rack. I can get my road bikes into the ody much easier than mdx.

Lastly. The only advantage adv has over elite is ventilated seats and of course sh-awd. But both are great. Oh, also ody has lifetime fm traffic. On the mdx I have to pay for it.
