What are these going for now?

I have a friend of mines wife that is going to be getting an MDX within the next day or two, and they are kind of wondering what they should be getting for an 06. I'm not sure of the details, but let me know what you all are seeing out there

My dad just picked up a certified 06 touring w/ nav 25k miles for $24.5k last month. Was listed for $27k I think. Maybe not the best deal you could get, but it was in great condition and there don't seem to be too many 06's around. There are a ton of 05's right now though.

Not sure about MN, but here in SoCal prices range in the mid-20Ks for lower mileaged 2006's. My lease is up in about 4 months and we'll owe about $23,XXX - I'm not going to think twice about buying it. It's been a wonderful vehicle and we couldn't be happier.

Of course there are tempting options - such as a local >Porsche Cayenne with only 24,000 miles going for $27,995<, but being a Porsche/VW, I'll stick with Acura dependability thank you very much

I also live in WI and see a lot of off lease 65K-85K 05's going for about $17K, a little more with nav. There is a monthly sale in Chicago at the auction of off lease Acura's, you see quite a few 05's selling in one day.
