Weird Electrical Issue? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!?

Hi,

My first post here

I have a 08 MDX that started having a very odd - what seems to be - electrical issue. I simply don't have enough vehicle electrical knowledge to understand this.

Today is Saturday. Last Wednesday i drove the car to and from work and everything was fine. It rained that evening. The next morning (Thursday) I got in and attempted to turn on my headlights and realized they were already on, even with the knob in the off position. Tried turning them off/on/off/on, and they just stayed on. Tried using my blinkers - and they dont work. Tried the hazards and those WORKED fine. Then i started pressing other buttons...

The memory seat settings on the door do not work.
The power control for the side mirrors do not work
The A/C is not blowing cold air
The power door lock on the driver side does not work.
The outside temp gauge just shows " -- "

then after a few minutes of driving - the "Check SH-AWD" light came on.

I got to work > drove home and everything was still as it is.

On Friday (yesterday) drove to work with same issues. When i left work, i started the vehicle and noticed the SH-AWD was NOT lit up. Tried the blinker and it worked (this is while still sitting in the parking garage), then after 2 seconds with the blinker on - the SH-AWD lit up again and blinker immediately stopped. Same with all the other items i listed above. Drove home.

Today, i got in the car and everything was OK! Everything worked as it should, no SH-AWD or anything. Sat in the car while parked (engine still running) for 2-3 minutes pressing buttons and all was fine!
Drove the car roughly 5 minutes, about 3 miles away and when i went to pull into a parking lot, i hit my blinker and it didn't work (then SH-AWD) light came on again. WTF?

Tried everything else - and zip. nada.

Im not understanding how all these different items have an issue and are somehow tired together, yet - what seems to be sporadic that they do work (at least for a few minutes or seconds) from time to time, OR how any of these electrical issues have anything to do with the SH-AWD system??

Has anyone else every seen anything even remotely like this?
I leave on a flight later today and will be gone for a 9 days - so i wont be able to do much about it until i return. But this all seems extremely odd.

Thanks for any input.

Mike

On Friday i got to work and still the same, however when i

MDX can have water come into the fusebox in the rear. Take the cover off and see if you can see moisture back in there once you return! Safe travels!

Was there an issue with the fuse box? I'm having similar issues.
