Urgent help, please answer asap

Hi everyone
please read everything so you can understand.
i have a 2013 acura mdx for 2v years now. Last year i got a letter from acura on a recall due to oil consumption. They said the engine warranty was extended because of that issue.

, i brought it to an acura dealer who make do a oil change that i recently had dove some where else, made me pay them and them ask me to drive it for a 1000 miles and bring it back, so i did for 3 times, on the last time th they told me my cast was consuming 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles and that was under the standard engine oil consuming and do not qualify to fix the problem. I told them " so you telling me that every time i change my oil i have to have extra oil because i need to add a quart everything 1k miles i drive it until the next oil change and so after every oil change and that is normal? Ileft acura dealer and this is where the problem is. I change my oil and but extras quart to carry with me so i can add it to the engine when i drive it every 1k miles.

this is my problem and here is where i need advise.

i notice a misfire and brought it back to acura where i was told that i have misfire i coil #6 and 2 & 4 coils where missing seal. That i was leaking oil on coil 6 and 4. And i have some other oil leaking they told that was not due because of the recall and that i need it to fix those leaking (which didn't exist when i brought it the first time.) and them they will do a oil leaking test again.
Result brought the car to my personal mechanic which fix the leaking change all 6 coils and sparks plugs today, then i got a phone call from him and ask me to come to his shop. After the fix, when he start the car again he noticed the same misfire and that nothing change, did a compression test and cool 6 compression is at 40 and should be at 150 at least.

Here where my question come, is that relatedto the recall? Please advise me so i can bring it to the acura dealer dffb0365 perform this test and said that i was fine. Please advise urgently.

The forum where you originally posted, the AcuraZine User Help, Support & Suggestions Area , is meant for problems, comments, and suggestions for the website itself, so I moved your thread to the car specific forum applicable to your vehicle.

This was explained in the sticky thread at the top of that forum, or click here if you can't find it, which will explain why you shouldn't have posted your thread there.

Did you look at the oil level on the dip stick, with the service ticket writer, each time they changed your oil? You have to visually verify where the oil level is at, before you drive away.
They will change the oil and begin the oil consumption test, but they cheat by over filling. Maybe your dealer did not cheat, but you should always check their work.

If you have, in the past driven the oil with very, very little oil...yes you will damage your pistons and rings and cylinder walls. You will lose compression.
