Just bought a 2008 MDX, and after 2 weeks of these head restraints am getting major neck and upper back pain. I have tried all the seating adjustments. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and found any other solutions, for example pillows, etc.. I am even considering getting headrests with built in DVD as a potential solution to the problem, hoping that maybe they won't push my neck as far forward. Would greatly appreciate any experience with replacing the headrest . Am at the end of my rope already, and it is such a great car otherwise!
