when i start the engine, i get the Trip Computer selection and press once the Select/reset button. Most of the time it simply selects this, however lately it resets my Fuel A. The weird thing is that it does it only once every 3-4 starts.
I have it set so that Fuel A resets automatically when I refuel the car so I am puzzled why it gets reset simply by selecting Trip Computer.
Any ideas on what is going on?

I can only offer a few guesses.....using different keys? keyless settings set to do something like that? you depress the button for too long? the computer is crazy.

 

Nope. I just use my key/remote and simply do a quick button press.
I will go with the computer is crazy...
