Replace the 4th and 5th gear pressure switches. When's the last time the trans fluid was replaced? Did you ever have the D light in the cluster blink?

You might want to try replacing the trans Lock-up Solenoid Set.

did you replace the pressure switches? 5th gear one is the 3rd gear one (same sensor for both gears) is under the car and fairly straightforward to get to and the 4th gear one is under the factory airbox area.

Have you had the software update for the transmission? I got a recall notice to have this done a couple years ago.

How long are your shifts? Are they quick and crisp or on the slower side? If it's flaring between shifts that could cause a vibration because of the difference in rpms when the clutches are engaging.

Could be the pressure switch. It may be faulty, and not reading enough pressure to initiate the gear change. They fail often just like the oil pressure sensor does.
