Thinking of purchasing an 09 MDX with ent/tech pkg

Hello everyone,

I will possibly be in a process of buying a 2009 MDX with 113,000 miles on it. based on pictures and carfax this vehicle has been well taken care of. Every service was performed at Acura dealership along with timing belt replaced 2 years. I was wondering what other things shall I look for as far as major cost on repairs and all? Any common issues I need to be aware of? I know the oil consumption was an issue from 2010 to 2013

The 07-09 had an issue with
- bluetooth model causing power drain and killing the battery. Most folks disconnected the module instead of fixing (located behind the 2nd row vents on center console). Not 100% sure; but, I "think" the handsfree button won't work if disconnected is a way to double-check.
- The 07-09 also had an issue with OEM radiator mixing coolant and trans fluid. Replacement of radiator was the fix.

Normal wear/tear after that like
- undercarriage corrosion if you live in the rust belt
- leaky P/S pump/rack
- A/C compressor/clutch was an issue with other Acura models during those years (replace A/C on my 06 TSX and 08 RDX)
- key fob range and having two key fobs
- door and hatch actuators
- bad HID ballast (discolored HID to no HID)
- Navi CD/DVD player not working and no navi boot up
- bring DVD to test out Ent system, there should be two IR headphones for the Ent system
- bad/blown speakers (bring CD or DVD-A)
- seat controls and memory seats work (along with mirror adjust)
- side mirror reverse tilt works for both mirrors (not 100% sure if the 07-09 had reverse tilt on one or both side mirrors)

I downloaded the owner's manual for my 11 MDX Adv+Ent before I purchased used back in 2014. Made it easier to double-check things out being familiar on how to use the tech. I would even go as far as to find other 07-09 MDXs to test drive just to get a feel for how it handles compared to this one. I didn't do that with my 11 MDX and it felt a little squirrelly at hwy speeds of 75-80 mph compared to my 06 TSX and 08 RDX. I just figured that was how a 4600 lbs top heavy SUV rode. Later, I found out the alignment was off, the worn tires needed to be balanced, one front end-link boot was damage and worn, and one front magnetic strut was bad. Smooth as silk after the fix and new tires.
