We were backing out of a parking lot, no one was behind us when looking through the camera and around and we had fully backed up and put the car in drive. As we waited for the gear to change from R to D, a teenager wasn't looking and slammed into us as he backed out. He got out saying he was sorry and it was his fault. He was backing out pretty quick to do that much damage.

 

Ouch! At least you know who did it and can get it fixed. Probably one of the better places on the car to get damaged.

 

Yeah that is a new Tailgate and Bumper and its good as new.... You got lucky he didn't crash into the taillight area which is the main body.
