Snow Tire Sizing

I have a chance to buy four Blizzack snow tires for my 2009 MDX. The size is not the same as my original - the size is 235 60 18. Does anyone know if these can fit without causing issues?

We have an 07 MDX and the stock size is 255/55 R18 - assuming your 09 has the same stock size you should be fine.
