Having a strange issue with the paint on my rear bumper right where it intersects with the body on the side. Actually I don't really know if this is a paint issue or not but there is a very thin film that is starting to peel on the bumper near the edge. Almost seems like a thin film of clear plastic or something? I have not seen this before and it is only in one small area above the tire. Any ideas or thoughts on what is happening and what I might do?
