P0137 then P0430 CEL Code

I have a 2003 Acura MDX which was throwing out the P0137 (Bank 1 Sensor 2) code. It was the onlt code showing, so I took it to a shop which replaced the O2 sensor with a Bosch sensor. After driving for a while, the CEL came on again. This time it was showing the P0430 (Front Bank Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)) code. Would these be related? Was it just not picking up the other code because of the Bank 1 Sesor 2 being bad? Does this mean the cat needs to be changed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've heard our cars are very finicky especially towards Bosch sensors.. may I suggest a Denso or OEM one?

It wouldn't hurt to try. Will try anything before having to replace the catalytic converter. Thanks.
