So I got some new tires installed last weekend but I had metal caps on the 2 front tires stems which froze and they couldn't get undone. So in ripping them off (which I said go ahead, I needed the new tires) the sensors broke which they said would probably happen. Now I need to pick up 2 new sensors, anyone know the best place to buy? Thanks for the help!!

P.S. Use plastic caps for your stems so you don't get hosed like I did

how do you set up the tire pressure sensor? do you have to activate it on the module or go through the NAVI panel?

The TPMS system should pick it up automatically.

I have a Suburban and things may be different, but when I got new tires at Discount Tire I bought the TPMS rebuild kit which basically replaces them.
After that, the one TPMS that wasn't working began working. I don't know if its the same for Honda/Acura products.

After I bought my 05 MDX back in Oct 05, I received in the mail from Acura, a set of plastic caps for the stems. They said to replace the metal ones as they can corrode and get stuck. I thought that was done for everyone.
